Gold Medal d1352 1963 First Edition Paperback Very Good

He loots them, turns them inside out, shakes out all the money and then throws them away. He's a captain of industry, but he doesn't make a damned thing for the public--just money for himself. He'll lie, steal, beat, bribe and pimp his way to whatvever he wants. And you can't stop him. The laws of the United States can't stop him. The only thing that can stop him is one of his own kind." 4 Ballard, W.T. (pseudonym of Todhunter Ballard) Fury in the Heart
Monarch 134 1959 First Edition Paperback Good
Paperback original. Okay, here's the deal (pay attention, now, 'cause it gets complicated): in the Hollywood branch of something called Etna Publication Relations we've got a head honcho with a chick named Kitten, who, in order to get ahead, is willing to switch her bodily allegiance to the head honcho's heir apparent, who's determined to replace the honcho, said honcho being the target of a virginal young thing eager to explore a little of the erotic life, while in the background of all of this, patiently waiting for everything between the honcho and the heir apparent and the chick and the virginal young thing to erupt so he can get the Etna top spot, is some guy name Hap Perelman (add a wise-cracking alien and a precocious eight-year-old, and I think we've got a sit-com smash on our hands!). Rubbing, spine roll, chip to bottom right spine edge, a couple of gentle crosscracks, general wear.
