4 Taylor, Edward C. TED STRONG'S MOTOR CAR, or, Fast and Furious
New York Street & Smith 1925 Wraps Very Good
[1915]. No. 41 in the publisher's "The Western Story Library," continuing the cowboy adventures of Ted Strong. The soulless print-on-demand copies are all over the place, but this original edition is considerably scarcer and more difficult to turn up, especially in nice condition. Chipping to bottom spine, spine wrinkles (printer's flaw), damp-soil to top and fore-edge, small chip/tear to fore-edge of front cover, browned pages, lightly smudged rear cover. Internally tight, and a nice copy made by the description to seem less than it is. Fragile to begin with, these don't often turn up in this condition.
Price: 75.00 USD
