According to one of my favourite types of human being -- the blurb writer -- this is "not only a high tension story of crime and violence. It is also the important story of what happens when thugs, gangsters and degenerates take over a small American town." (the feeling being, I suppose, that they've already *got* the *big* American towns.) Much handling wear, light soil/rubbing to front cover, soiled back cover, a bit of slant.
