Canadian printing. Originally published in 1945, by Phoenix; Lindsay also writes as Peggy Gaddis, and I have *no* idea why it's spelled "Quean," so don't ask; "Behind the scenes, scheming and torrid loving ran a full gamut of shocking events before the forces of lust and high passion are disentangled from the real love of a man and a woman."
