Blue leatherette w/airfield crest in gilt to front cover, gilt spine lettering, 116 pages (including mayor's message, acronyms, appendices, acknowledgements), illustrated, in dust jacket w/light rubbing, scratches/surface wear, two long and ugly tears to front panel (repaired with tape by previous owner), a couple of shorter tears edgewear.
